The DREA award was launched in the year 2019 by the apti (Austrian PropTech Initiative) – now DREA Digital Real Estate Association.

The award recognizes the most innovative tech solutions in the international Real Estate sector. 

Tech providers and startups in the Real Estate sector can apply themselves or be promoted via third parties. Both national and international startups have the opportunity to apply in the categories. 

A high-caliber jury (selected from the category sponsors and high-ranking VCs or business angels) will select two finalists per category in a pre-selection process. The finalists of each category will then be invited to the award ceremony @ EXPO REAL.
