Judging for professional entries (Digital and Tabletop/Board) is held in multiple rounds from March to May. Please be aware you may be asked to judge in each round or assigned during the second or third round. End date may change as needed.
Student Digital entries to be evaluated June and early July
Student Tabletop/Board entries to be evaluated on site the day before the annual conference.

Judges that complete ALL assigned evaluations receive a complimentary conference registration. If you purchase a registration before notification, we will issue a credit for a future year in accordance with our registration policies.
