1) Foundation Trainee Pharmacist: Trainee pharmacists must use this category, deadline Friday 13th March 2026 at 23.59pm
2) General Call: For all pharmacy teams, academics, and anyone else submitting a poster 
3) Practice and PCN Approach to Delivering the ICB 2026–27 Prescribing Outcomes Scheme, sponsored by Health Innovation North East and North Cumbria

Before you can submit, you must register for a portal account (registration is required to enable secure submission, editing, and confirmation of receipt). Once registered, you’ll be able to complete the submission form and upload your abstract for review.

Please structure your abstract to include background, aims, methods, results and conclusions. References should be entered separately. We recommend you create and check your abstract in a Word (or similar) document and paste the final version into the portal.
