Please note, all award entries are judged on merit alone as every entry has an equal chance of winning. No favour is given to any type of hospital e.g. large, private, etc. To improve your chances of winning, answer each question clearly, and provide supporting documents so judges fully understand your work and score accordingly.

In case of technical difficulties entrants are advised to save a version of their core entry in soft copy (e.g. word document) prior to submitting their entry.
