General Instructions for Submission

Submission Deadline

All nominations must be submitted by
31 July 2026

Submission Format

• Required: Statement to Support Nomination, minimum 200 words and maximum 500 words.
• Optional: Supporting materials must be provided as 1 PowerPoint file.
• The PowerPoint file should include 6 slides or fewer.
• Slides may include photos, links, and structured content matching the award criteria.

Key Considerations

• Ensure slides are clear, concise, and directly address the award criteria.
• Submissions should help judges evaluate applications efficiently.
• Provide relevant data, evidence, examples, achievements, and benefits where possible.
• No entry under 200 words will be sent to the judges for consideration.

Platform Access

• Submissions must be completed online using the official entry platform.
• New users should create a Judgify account by clicking “Register.”
• Existing users should log in with their username and password.

Judging Process

• Entries will be assessed independently and confidentially by an impartial panel of industry experts.
• Judges will review each submission based on the established criteria and quality of information provided.
• All submissions will be assessed during early August.
• The judges’ decision is final and winners will be announced during Seatrade Cruise Med 2026.

Procedure

• All entry forms must be fully completed.
• All fields must be entered, otherwise the entry will not be considered valid.
• Entries must provide enough information for judges to clearly understand the product, process, individual, or procedure involved.
• Finalists will be notified, but winners will not be advised before Seatrade Cruise Med 2026.
