Submissions will be judged to determine this year's Outstanding Academic Paper based on the following criteria:

-originality of subject matter and assertions
-execution of research and analytical rigor
-persusiveness 
-writing syle and proficiency

-originality of content and creativity
-development of narrative and use of language
