GUIDELINES

Click the “Submit an entry” button to proceed. You will need to create an account that your whole organisation can use when submitting an entry. Please use the same account per organisation.

Please note, all award entries are judged on merit alone as every entry has an equal chance of winning. No favour is given to any type of insurer e.g. large, private, etc.

To improve your chances of winning, answer each question clearly, and provide supporting documents so judges fully understand your work and score accordingly.

In case of technical difficulties entrants are advised to save a version of their core entry in soft copy (e.g. word document) prior to submitting their entry.

Insurance (insurers, reinsurers and brokers)

Insurer of the Year: Enter if your whole business performed strongly across 2025 and 2026, not just one project.
Customer Experience Excellence: Enter if you changed how customers buy, are served or claim, and can show it in satisfaction or retention results.
Best Insurance Product Innovation: Enter if you launched a new or redesigned product that opened a new market, segment or need.
Claims Excellence: Enter if you improved claims speed, accuracy, cost or customer outcomes.
Underwriting & Risk Excellence: Enter if you improved risk selection, pricing or portfolio performance.
Best Use of AI & Data in Insurance: Enter if AI or data is driving a measurable business result inside your organisation, rather than sitting in a pilot.
Distribution & Partnership Excellence: Enter if a new channel, embedded model or partnership has grown your reach or sales.
Life, Health & Longevity Impact: Enter if your work is specific to life, health, retirement or longevity needs.
P&C Resilience & Prevention: Enter if your work helps customers or communities reduce, withstand or recover from property and casualty risk.

Insurance Leader of the Year (for insurers, reinsurers and brokers only): Enter if you are a senior executive who led your organisation to strong overall results.
Insurance Transformation Leader of the Year (for insurers, reinsurers and brokers only): Enter if you led a specific, large-scale change programme and can show what it delivered.
Insurtech Founder of the Year (Insurtech/Start-Up only): Enter if you founded an insurtech more than 5 years ago and have built it into an established business.
