1. Written Submissions
Deadline for written submissions: Tuesday 26 May 2026
 

2. Shortlisting
Following the submission deadline, all entries are reviewed for eligibility and shortlisted by the judging panel for each award.

• All shortlisted entrants will be notified once shortlisting is complete.

• Where a nomination is made on behalf of an individual or team, the shortlisted nominee/s will be notified directly by the awards organisers and provided with a copy of the submitted nomination.
   

3. Finalist Selection
Shortlisted nominations are reviewed independently by a minimum of three judges. 
Following individual scoring, the judging panel meets in person (virtually) to review and discuss the results, bringing different perspectives together to reach a consensus and select the finalists.
Finalists announced: Week commencing Monday 29 June 2026
 

4.  Finalist Interviews
Finalists are invited to attend a 50-minute online interview with the category judging panel. At least one representative must attend the online interview. Team categories may bring up to five members.
Interview period: Week commencing Monday 13 July 2026
