Following a phenomenal year in 2025, we're delighted to officially launch the Property Management Awards 2026 – and we're planning to make this year's event bigger, better and more memorable than ever before.

Last year saw a record-breaking number of entries submitted from across the sector, and on the night we welcomed more than 1,100 property professionals to a completely sold-out awards ceremony. The incredible support from the industry continues to grow year after year, and we're excited to build on that success in 2026.

The Property Management Awards remain the premier celebration of excellence across the residential property management sector, recognising the individuals, teams and organisations that are raising standards and delivering outstanding service throughout the industry.

Entries Are Now Open

Entries for the Property Management Awards 2026 are now officially open.

The deadline for submissions is Friday 7 August 2026, giving you plenty of time to prepare and perfect your entry.

Entry Process 
We have a streamlined and user-friendly entry system, making it simple to start, pause, and perfect your submission before the deadline.

We’re always listening to your feedback and evolving the awards to better reflect the needs and excellence of the industry.

Key Information for Entering

• Each entry must include a minimum of two testimonials, dated within six months of the entry deadline (i.e. after 6 February 2026). Testimonials must directly support the specific entry submitted.
• The entry form is structured around set criteria points, which must be addressed individually to ensure clarity and consistency across submissions.
• You will need to register first to begin your entry. Once registered, you can save your progress and return to your submission as many times as needed before submitting.
• Please ensure that the entrant details are completed in the entrants name - and not the person completing the form if you are completing on someone elses behalf. There is a separate section for your details if this is the case. 
• Please review the category-specific criteria and word limits on our website before you begin to ensure you are eligible to enter. 
• Ensure you have read the Entry Terms and Conditions on the website.

Video Entry Option
You still have the option to submit your entry in video format. If you choose to do so, please ensure the following:

• You must answer each criteria point in chronological order, exactly as laid out in the written entry form.
• Videos must be no longer than 3 minutes. Judges will only watch the first 3 minutes of any video, so please keep it concise and focused.
• Provide a link to your video within your entry form. This must be a URL that judges can copy and paste into their browser to view the video online.

We recommend using a free and reliable video-hosting platform, such as:

• YouTube (set your video to "Unlisted" for privacy)
• Vimeo (free accounts available, also supports private links)

Please do not upload your video directly to the entry platform, as we are only accepting hosted links.

Testimonials

When gathering your testimonials please keep in mind the following: 
1. Dates
Dating the testimonial and meeting the timeframes to ensure that testimonials are dated within 6 months of the entry deadline. 
2. Specificity Over Generality
Testimonials that include specific examples of performance, service quality, or outcomes tend to carry more weight than broad, generic praise. 
3. Relevance to the Category
Tailoring the testimonial to the award category in question is highly beneficial.   
4. Length and Depth
While length isn’t the sole factor, a more detailed testimonial (e.g. a well-written paragraph or two) does generally provide more insight than a short sentence.
