The SAPinsider Awards APAC 2026
SAPinsider has been the independent global leader in informing, educating, and connecting the SAP user community for more than 20 years. Our members rely on us for independent insight and practical guidance for their SAP technology projects.
Now we’re elevating the stories of our members and partners to recognise excellence for the work they’ve done and the results they’ve achieved over the past year.
The SAPinsider Awards APAC 2026 will be presented during an awards celebration on the evening of November 17, 2026 at the Mastering SAP Collaborate Event. We will honour our finalists and winners in each category while enjoying a reception, dinner, music, and more.
We encourage customers and partner organisations to submit your stories of customer success and SAP community leadership and look forward to celebrating you (and with you) in November!

Award Categories:
ERP Transformation Project of the Year - Highlighting the most successful SAP migration projects that drove measurable operational excellence and demonstrated exceptional execution, stakeholder engagement, and business outcomes.
Digital/Cloud Transformation Project of the Year - Awarding the SAP customer organisations that best leveraged cloud technologies and/or delivered data-modernisation projects to improve operations, drive agility, deliver seamless access to mission-critical business data, and unlock new business potential.
AI-Powered Innovation Project of the Year - Recognising SAP customers that accelerated transformation by boldly adopting artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automation technologies to innovate business models, processes, or customer experiences.
Cybersecurity Project of the Year - Honouring the SAP customers that leveraged technologies and processes to significantly improve security in the enterprise and transform the security landscape in their enterprises.
Innovation Vanguard - Customer of the Year - Celebrating organisations that successfully completed an innovative enterprise tech initiative that modernised the business and directly delivered outstanding business value, growth, or operational improvements.
SAP Woman of Impact - Honouring the most impactful women in the SAP ecosystem whose achievements, leadership, and commitment to both the SAP community and to empowering women in tech, inspires and motivates her colleagues both inside and outside her organisation.
Next-Generation Leader of Impact - Recognising the emerging leaders who demonstrate impactful contributions to the SAP community through innovative solutions, inspiring others, impacting their organisations or communities, and promoting a culture of excellence.
General Submission Criteria:
You are welcome to submit multiple entries
Submissions must be APAC-centric (Australia & New Zealand, India, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, Greater China)
For the Project/Customer of the Year awards:
Please focus on the customer's story. If you’re a partner, the customer must be the star in your submission. We will recognize you as the partner that helped deliver the project.
Customer project submissions must be APAC-centric and completed within the last 18 months (from 1 January 2025 forward).
Please share details about the project itself, the before/after states, the results, and impacts on the business. Judges will consider the following criteria - measurable operational excellence, quality of execution, stakeholder engagement, business outcomes and strategic impact, use case clarity & creativity, and alignment to the spirit of the award category.
A representative from the customer company that is nominated must be in attendance to be considered for the final round of judging.
Each customer company that is a finalist will receive 2 complimentary all-access passes to the Sydney conference, including attendance at the Awards Celebration.
For the Woman of the Year and Leader of Impact Awards:
Please focus on the contributions of the nominee and their impact on others. The individual must have worked in APAC within the last 18 months (1 January 2025 forward).
Judges will consider the following criteria - evidence of them being a person of impact, their achievements and contributions to the SAP community, their success motivating and empowering others, their promotion of a culture of excellence, and the alignment to the spirit of the award category.
The Nominee must be able to attend the Sydney event in person to be considered for the final round of judging.
Each nominee that is a finalist will receive 2 complimentary all-access passes to the Sydney conference, including attendance at the Awards Celebration.
SAPinsider/Mastering SAP will recognise the finalists and winners. Finalists will be announced in August.
