  • $35 per entry (plus credit card processing fee)
  • $45 per late entry (plus credit card processing fee)

Payment:

Payments will be taken at the time of submission through PayPal.
PayPal is our credit card processor but you don't need to have a PayPal account.

Who Can Enter?

Entries are limited to creative efforts developed by or on behalf of a Tennessee higher education institution or an educational agency whose institution is a member of tcpra.org.

What is Eligible?

There are 42 categories across five areas: advertising, public relations/media relations, writing, publications, electronic and digital media, and overall promotional campaigns. Entries must have been published or used between April 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026. This year, print copies and actual samples will NOT be accepted with submissions. Each entry will be evaluated against others in the same category, and judging will be based on overall creativity, marketing, execution and impact. Judges will also consider research, planning, implementation and evaluation of each entry. Specific submission requirements are detailed in each category on tcpra.org
