TENWEST is the largest entrepreneurship and creativity festival in the Southwest. We bring together founders, creatives, second-career entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, community leaders, and the simply curious for a week of connection, learning, and discovery.
We are now accepting proposals for both the TENWEST Conference and a reimagined TENWEST HQ. Opportunities are limited and highly competitive, so be sure to review the following information carefully before submitting.
Proposals will be reviewed by the TENWEST Curator’s Committee alongside a public voting period. Together, these inputs will help shape a balanced program across topics, formats, audiences, and experiences. Public voting is an important part of the process but does not guarantee selection. Detailed responses will help reviewers fully understand your idea, proposed format, and value to the TENWEST audience.
Proposals will be reviewed by the TENWEST Curator’s Committee alongside a public voting period. Together, these inputs will help shape a balanced program across topics, formats, audiences, and experiences. Public voting is an important part of the process but does not guarantee selection. Detailed responses will help reviewers fully understand your idea, proposed format, and value to the TENWEST audience.
Submission Guidelines
- Proposals must align with the 2027 festival theme, Shape Your Path.
- Content should be practical, engaging, and relevant to multiple audiences whenever possible.
- Promotional, sales-driven, political, or solicitous content will not be accepted.
- Proposals must respect a diversity of experiences and perspectives.
- Everyone included in a proposal must know about and approve their participation.
- Presenters must be available during the applicable Conference or HQ programming dates.
- Panels are limited to 2-3 speakers + 1 moderator, with a maximum of 4 people.
- Panel proposals must include at least one confirmed speaker. TENWEST may help identify additional speakers or a moderator.
- Each applicant may submit up to 3 total proposals.

Presenter Benefits & Expenses
Each selected presenter will receive one complimentary TENWEST Conference Pass, including access to all Conference days and TENWEST Connects events. Please note that TENWEST is unable to cover travel, lodging, honoraria, or presenter fees.

Curator's Committee Review: October 5 – October 22
Public Voting: October 23 – November 10
Presenter Notifications: Early December
Public Schedule Announcement: Early 2027
