A WhatHouse? Award is a mark of excellence, recognising the vision, innovation, and customer-first approach of housebuilders, housing associations, and their partners. It honours those who, alongside an outstanding supply chain, are delivering high-quality homes across all price ranges.

In response to valuable feedback, we have introduced three brand-new categories this year to recognise the very latest and very best in technology, innovation, marketing and customer care.

We have combined the categories of Partnership and Mixed-Use to create Best Integrated Scheme, for housebuilders delivering the best of both – and more.

We have also listened to industry requests to make the Best Housebuilder categories less wide-ranging in number of homes built each year, with four categories from those building less than 50 a year, through to the volume developers delivering over 1,000 new homes annually.
All entrants in these four categories will automatically be considered for the biggest prize of all – Housebuilder of the Year.
